Energy, Prepared with Intention

Put Your Energy
in Its Place.

Mise en Prana brings energy into order—for people and for the places they serve.

Rooted in Pranic Healing and informed by a lifetime in elite hospitality, this is a place to restore your own center, strengthen the way your team works, and make everyday moments more intentional.

The Practice

Everything in Its Place Before Service Begins.

In a professional kitchen, mise en place is the discipline of preparing what matters before the pressure arrives. Prana is life force. Together, they offer a different way to meet life and work.

Healthy energy creates healthy people. Healthy people create extraordinary hospitality.

Rituals

Make the Ordinary a Little More Intentional.

Rituals are the tangible expressions of this practice: a moment to taste, pause, give, and become present. The Om chocolate collection—handcrafted Valrhona chocolate medallions and bars—is the first of many objects designed to carry intention into everyday life.

A portion of proceeds from event offerings supports the cause or gathering behind them.

The Founder

Built in the Kitchen. Deepened Through Healing.

Michael Fiddler has spent more than 25 years in elite hospitality: leading kitchens, guiding teams through demanding service, and helping complex operations regain their footing.

That experience taught him that pressure is never only operational. People carry it in their bodies, their decisions, and the culture they create together. Mise en Prana brings that understanding into one practice: restoring energy to people and alignment to the places they serve.
